9月15日，宁畅信息正式推出全球首个MW级单相冷板全液冷超节点方案。该方案将散热能力从单颗芯片延伸至计算节点、交换节点和整柜，单柜总散热能力达到1MW，为下一代高功耗AI芯片及高密度算力集群提供系统级散热支撑。
