【财华社讯】9月15日，煌上煌(002695.SZ)在互动平台表示，公司目前已试点中央厨房预卤+门店现卤模式，并在南昌、深圳落地热卤门店。试点门店采用"热卤+主食+饮品"结构覆盖午晚餐及夜宵，门店日销改善明显，但模型仍在打磨、尚未规模化复制。目前公司暂未与超市联营热卤试点。
