9月14日，赛诺菲宣布拟与欧洲成熟药物企业Cheplapharm建立战略合作伙伴关系，将旗下20款成熟药物及3处生产基地转让给后者，并换取Cheplapharm 26.4%的股权。拟转让的生产基地分别位于匈牙利、新加坡和法国，共涉及约565名员工。商业转让计划于2027年第一季度启动，交易预计于2027年第三季度完成，须经员工协商、监管审批等程序。
