格隆汇9月14日丨律齐文化(00550.HK)公告，董事会获公司主要股东(定义见香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则)立天环球有限公司("立天")告知，陈家俊于2026年9月9日向Direct Ascent Intelligent Investment Co.,Limited("Direct Ascent")出售其持有的立天全部已发行股本。于本公布日期，立天持有公司123,037,657股股份，相当于公司已发行股本总额约27.01%。于出售事项后，陈家俊将不再拥有股份任何权益。
