9月14日，广汽集团（601238）回应澎湃新闻称，关于停牌一事，广汽集团将根据交易所规则披露相关公告，具体信息请见今天收市后的公告。
当日早些时候，上交所停复牌信息显示，广汽集团因重要事项未公告，9月14日全天停牌。
此前有市场消息称，一汽集团正在推进入股广汽集团，双方正在就“持股联营”计划展开探讨。
