证券日报网讯9月11日，天顺风能发布公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司及子公司的实际担保额累计为155.24亿元，占公司2025年度经审计净资产的179.36%，均为公司合并报表范围内的担保。公司不存在逾期对外担保、涉及诉讼的对外担保及因担保被判决败诉而应承担损失的情形。
