格隆汇9月11日丨海信家电(000921.SZ)公布，为优化本公司海外产能布局，盘活存量土地资产并回笼资金，本公司全资子公司HHA（Thailand）Co.,Ltd.（「HHA泰国」）拟缩减安美德工业区制造基地的土地占用规模，在维持原有设计产能不变的前提下，处置部分存量土地。HHA泰国与LigentCommCo.,Ltd.（「LigentComm」）于2026年9月11日订立买卖协议，HHA泰国将向LigentComm出售位于泰国安美德工业区实测面积61.80625莱（约98,890平方米）的土地，交易价格为每莱7,000,000泰铢，交易金额为432,643,750泰铢（约人民币87,867,856元）。
