哈尔滨马拉松13日开赛，交通管制如下：
1、9月10日、11日的零时至6时，封闭友谊西路（上江街至兴江路）、世纪大道（天翔街至天元街）由东向西方向的交通。
2、9月11日零时至比赛结束，封闭太阳大道（北极熊馆路口至麒麟街）的交通。
3、9月12日22时至比赛结束，封闭友谊西路（河鼓街至兴江路）、世纪大道（天翔街至天元街）的交通。
