9月11日，郑州煤电（600121.SH）在召开的2026年半年度业绩说明会上表示，目前控股股东相关煤炭资产暂时还不具备注入上市公司的条件，待各项条件完备后，公司将及时督促控股股东启动资产注入相关事宜。如有重大资产注入事项，公司将按规履行信披义务。
