IT之家 9 月 11 日消息，路透社美国纽约当地时间昨日报道称，全球最大独立 FPGA 企业 Altera 计划在未来数周秘密递交 IPO 申请，可能筹集超过 20 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 134.56 亿元人民币）并最早在 2026 年内上市。
Altera 此前于 2015 年被英特尔以约 167 亿美元收购，最终于 2025 年成为一家 Silver Lake（银湖资本）持股 51%、英特尔持股 49% 的合资企业。在去年的剥离交易中，Altera 的估值为 87.5 亿美元。
