9月10日，有消息称，包括寒武纪在内的中国AI芯片厂商大幅上调现有及新一代AI处理器的售价。其中，寒武纪对其下一代暂定命名为690的芯片重新定价，较两个月前的参考报价上涨20%至30%。对此，寒武纪接线工作人员表示，公司并未发布涨价相关消息。公司无法对产品后续价格走势作出判断。
