中国人民银行副行长陆磊9月10日在国新办举行的“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会上表示，近日，《金融强国建设“十五五”规划》正式出台。为实施好相关部署，中国人民银行制定印发了《中国人民银行“十五五”改革发展规划》，配套出台了9份相关领域的行动方案。
