格隆汇9月10日｜阿布扎比主权财富基金Mubadala Investment Co.已成为中国最大咖啡连锁企业瑞幸咖啡的投资方。根据监管文件，Mubadala在与瑞幸咖啡主要私募股权投资方Centurium Capital达成交易后，成为瑞幸咖啡的间接投资者。Mubadala将有权向瑞幸咖啡董事会委派一名董事。该基金在另一份声明中表示，此次交易估值约为10亿美元。
