9月10日，英矽智能宣布，Rentosertib (ISM001-055/INS018_055) III期临床试验（CTR20262475，NCT07687459）已在中国北京协和医院完成首例患者入组并给药，同日上海市肺科医院也完成首例患者入组。该项III期临床试验是一项前瞻性、多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、平行组研究，旨在系统评估每日一次口服Rentosertib持续给药52周的疗效与安全性。
