9月10日，博远增裕利率债（019585）发布公告，宣布增聘马杰担任基金经理，任职日期为2026年9月9日，并与钟鸣远和黄婧丽共同管理本基金。
马杰拥有4年证券投资管理经验，曾任工商银行深圳分行授信审批部评级岗，招商证券总裁办公室总裁秘书、固定收益投资部总经理助理，招商银行金融市场部高级投资经理，博远基金固定收益投资总部部门副总经理、首席研究员。
