人民财讯9月9日电，侨银股份(002973)9月9日公告，公司拟向供应商A公司分批采购算力服务器及配套设备，总金额约2.65亿元。截至目前，公司已与A公司签署三批次资产采购合同，每批次合同金额均为6607.15万元，合计总金额1.98亿元。
公司完成采购算力设备后，拟与B公司签署《算力服务合同》，合同期限5年，每年一签，合同含税合计总金额为6656.03万元/年，占公司2025年度营业收入的1.84%。
