9月9日消息，沐曦股份公告，本次上市流通的限售股为公司首次公开发行网下配售部分限售股，股份数量为1397万股，占公司股本总数的3.4906%。前述股份限售期为自公司首次公开发行股票并上市之日起9个月，该部分限售股锁定期即将届满，将于2026年9月17日起上市流通。
