9月9日，梅花生物（600873）发布公告，公司公司拟向中国银行间市场交易商协会申请注册发行债务融资工具，总额度不超过20亿元。
公告提到，在注册额度内，根据市场情况及资金需求，公司择机发行超短期融资券、短期融资券、中期票据中的一个或多个品种。
2026年中期，梅花生物实现收入122.35亿元，归母净利润6.62亿元。
