9月9日，天下秀（600556）发布公告，公司在税务检查和自查过程中，因对税收政策适用条件存在理解偏差，导致其子公司需补缴税款及滞纳金共计676万元。
截至公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已全部缴纳完毕，且该事项不涉及行政处罚。
此次补缴税款及滞纳金预计将减少公司2026年度净利润约676万元，占公司最近一期经审计归母净利润的21.91%。
2026年中期，天下秀实现收入22.52亿元，归母净利润-6845万元。
