9月9日，据报道，优步已启动首次欧元债券发行，本次发行分为5个部分，期限为3年至20年不等，预计于当日稍晚定价。最短期限债券的初始指导利差为较中期互换利率高75至80个基点，最长期限债券约为200个基点。此前优步仅通过美元融资，此次发行正值美国企业今年加速发行欧元债券之际。
