近日，上海崇明交警接到110举报称，路边停放着4辆疑似改装的电动车，要求民警到场核查。民警现场发现4名车主均未满16岁，其中2辆电动车属于非法改装，并在车上查获一把电棍。民警对4人批评教育，未改装的2辆车由家长领回；经改装的2辆车予以扣留，对改装车监护人开具罚单，电棍依法收缴。
