豫能控股(001896)9月8日公告，公司全资子公司豫能新能源拟认缴出资约1.24亿元，在平顶山汝州市设立全资孙公司豫能汝州综合能源有限公司（简称“汝州综能”），汝州综能拟对外投资建设豫能汝州100MW风力发电项目，总建设装机规模100MW，动态总投资额4.12亿元，项目资本金比例为30%，资本金以外项目建设所需资金通过银行贷款解决。
