【三星在日本开设先进芯片封装研发中心】财联社9月8日电，三星电子已在日本横滨开设了一家先进的半导体封装研发中心。 三星之前曾宣布，计划从2024年起的五年内投资约400亿日元，用于扩建该实验室的研究基础设施并加强先进封装技术。
