9月7日长青股份公告，因任职规范要求，董秘闵丹辞职，公司聘任其担任证代；证代肖刚辞职，公司聘任其担任董秘，相当于董秘和证代对调了。
更奇葩的是，肖刚是公司IPO时的老董秘，中间离职，2018年回归后却一直做证代。闵丹2015年至2018年担任公司董秘，中间离职，2026年1月至9月又担任董秘。
