作为国家“西电东送”“陕电入皖”战略核心配套电源项目，陕西延长石油富县发电有限公司高标准推进绿色智能火电项目，整体规划总装机容量4×1000MW，总投资约160亿元，分两期建设。一期已双机投产；二期陕西延长石油富县电厂项目已全面进入设备安装阶段。
