【消息称三星将超半数4纳米产能投入HBM4基础裸片生产】《科创板日报》8日讯，三星电子计划将超过一半的4nm产能投入HBM4基础裸片生产。一位知情人士表示，三星电子的4nm工艺目前已全面投产，HBM4的基础裸片占总产量的50%到60% ，这一高比例将在今年下半年保持下去。（ZDNET Korea）
