9月7日，曼恩斯特（301325）发布公告，公司子公司曼恩创投与湖南安诚于2026年9月3日与专业投资机构蓝天伟业签署了投资基金合同。曼恩创投与湖南安诚各自出资1600万元，共同投资设立的基金总规模为3200万元，主要投资于北京睿博新能源有限公司。
2026年中期，曼恩斯特实现收入2.12亿元，归母净利润-8539万元。
