9月5日，据海南省官方提供的最新网签系统数据，1~8月，全省商品房（含安居房）网签销售面积516.75万平方米，同比下降22%；销售金额880.48亿元，同比下降21%。其中，8月单月全省商品房网签销售面积35.72万平方米，同比下降28%；销售金额49.91亿元，同比下降43%。
