步兵战土，每人手榴弹3枚，步枪或冲锋枪1支，携弹50发，另每人帮助携带轻机枪子弹30发，2人1个水壶，2人1把小锹，3人1把小镐。干粮袋、米袋每人一条，携带3天的用粮，包括1天的干粮。每位战士的负重以36公斤为标准，最多不超过40公斤。
