只需普通食材，就能做出一碗连勺子都香的卤肉饭！

干饭人的快乐，一定有台式卤肉饭的一份！炖得软烂的五花肉，卤出的酱汁咸甜适口，淋在蓬松的白米饭上，肉香混着米香直钻鼻尖。挖一大勺送进嘴里，卤肉软糯、米饭吸味，简简单单一碗，暖胃又满足～

葱姜蒜

冰糖

香叶

大料

生抽

20毫升

料酒

15毫升

熟鸡蛋

2个

热水

400毫升

把五花肉切成1厘米宽，0.5厘米厚的肉片。

找一口无油无水的锅，把肉片倒进锅中小火慢慢煸，等油脂都煸出来了，肉片变成微微发黄的颜色就煸好了。

把冰糖放入锅中，用锅中的油把冰糖融化，翻炒几下使融化的冰糖变色包裹在肉片上，这一步相当于炒糖色。

依次加入大料、香叶、葱、姜、蒜、生抽，生抽倒进锅中因为遇到热油，就会散发出香味，接着倒入热水，水量要刚好没过食材顶部。

然后加入料酒和盐，盖上锅盖小火焖30分钟即可。

如果有煮好的鸡蛋可以放进肉汤中一起卤，这样做出来的卤蛋很好吃，因为有很浓的肉汤味。

做好了卤肉再做卤肉饭就很简单了。

再整一碗大米饭，开水烫一点绿色的青菜点缀上，卤蛋对切开摆在饭上，最后盛上我们的卤肉，就能开吃啦！

1、五花肉洗净后一定要用厨房纸擦干水，否则煸肉片时会有油飞溅出来，容易烫到自己。
