据极目新闻，9月4日，消费者王女士发布视频称，在北京寿司郎海淀大悦城店用餐时，对面桌的小孩在座位上站着撒尿，家长还用喝完饮料的一次性塑料杯接尿。 事发时“现场有服务员带客经过，没有进行制止，回来时，这名服务员也没有阻拦。”王女士回忆称。
