据辽宁日报、北斗融媒、“平安辽宁”9月4日消息，辽宁省人民政府网站“政府领导”一栏最新信息显示，任开斌已任辽宁省政府党组成员，辽宁省公安厅党委书记、厅长、督察长，兼任辽宁省委政法委委员。
