9月3日，中华企业（600675）发布公告，公司副总经理朱赬因工作调动原因辞去职务，原定任期至2027年6月26日。朱赬辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
同时，公司董事会决定聘任洪一览为新任副总经理，任期与第十一届董事会一致。
2026年中期，中华企业实现收入38.21亿元，归母净利润-2.99亿元。
