9月3日，泰禾智能（603656）发布公告，持股5%以上股东许大红将其持有的690万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的21.67%及公司总股本的3.77%；截至公告披露日，许大红累计质押股份为1280万股，占其持股的40.20%及公司总股本的7.00%。
2026年中期，泰禾智能实现收入3.09亿元，归母净利润1520万元。
