9月3日，大商股份（600694）发布公告，全资子公司大商城市乐园（大连）有限公司（发包人）拟与中建三局集团有限公司（承包人）签订施工总承包合同，签约合同价为7.86亿元。
工程地点是大连东港商务区B18地块，港兴路以北、珠荷街以西、港浦路以南、珠莲街以东，合同工期731日历天。
2026年中期，大商股份实现收入34.40亿元，归母净利润3.85亿元。
