9月3日，据报道，Meta本周在内部通知中表示，员工绩效评估将不再依据AI工具使用量，包括Token消耗等指标。此前，Meta曾推动员工提升“AI驱动影响力”，AI使用程度在实际工作中成为关注指标。与此同时，Meta员工开始测试新型智能体AI工具Hatch。员工称，尽管绩效考核不再强调AI使用量，Hatch等智能体工具的使用仍在推高Token消耗。
