9月1日，中原建业发布公告称，董事会宣布，胡葆森因需投放更多时间处理其他业务，已辞任公司董事会主席及非执行董事，自2026年9月1日起生效。于新任董事会主席获委任前，王凯将暂时主持董事会会议并协调董事会的运作。
