格隆汇9月2日｜据日本《朝日新闻》，SK集团会长崔泰源表示，与铠侠控股开展联合生产，是两家芯片企业可以考虑的合作选项之一。崔泰源称，SK海力士正考虑在日本建设工厂。他表示铠侠具备诸多优势，两家企业可在联合生产、研发以及供应链等领域展开合作。他同时提到，如果双方无法找到可行的合作模式，SK海力士或将减持其持有的铠侠间接股份。
