本报北京9月1日电 (记者韩鑫、靳博)9月1日12时，随着为期4个月的海洋伏季休渔期正式结束，我国北纬35度以北的渤海和黄海海域全面开渔。2.6万艘捕捞渔船陆续驶离渔港，奔赴各作业海域，开启新一轮耕海牧渔。
随着黄渤海全面开渔，海事部门将持续加强海上巡航监管，全力守护人民群众生命财产安全，保障“耕海牧渔”平安有序。
