福寿园9月1日在港交所公告，于二零二六年九月一日（联交所交易时段后），要约人龚海林通知受要约公司，彼有确实意向提出部分要约（遵照收购守则），以要约价每股要约股份0.1港元收购最多115,000,000股要约股份（占受要约公司于本公告日期已发行股本约4.96%）。应受要约公司要求，股份已于二零二六年三月二十日（星期五）上午九时正起在联交所暂停交易，并将继续暂停交易，直至另行通知。
