9月1日，记者从洛阳交警处获悉，因系统升级维护，2026年9月4日17时起至2026年9月7日8时，洛阳全市“交管12123”线上服务业务及各车管(分)所、各机动车登记服务站、各机动车检测机构、驾驶人考场考试等线下服务业务将暂停服务。
