温州市防汛防台抗旱指挥部消息，受偏东气流影响，9月1日至9月2日温州市阴有大到暴雨，局部大暴雨，过程面雨量100-150毫米，南部局部150-200毫米，个别300毫米以上，最大小时雨强60-80毫米。根据《温州市突发地质灾害应急预案》和市自然资源和规划局建议，市防指决定于9月1日17时提升突发地质灾害应急响应为Ⅲ级。请各地各有关部门按照预案要求，做好地质灾害防范工作，果断转移风险区域人员。
