【阿斯麦：High NA EUV迈向量产 累计10台投入运作】《科创板日报》1日讯，今日，阿斯麦于SEMICON Taiwan 2026先进制程科技论坛透露High NA EUV（高数值孔径极紫外光刻机）最新进展，目前全球已有4家客户完成共10台High NA EUV装机并投入运作，另有3台正在出货及装机中，全球EXE系统累计曝光晶圆数已突破135万片。阿斯麦指出，High NA EUV正迈向高量产阶段，并已首度应用于高量产逻辑产品，成为先进制程持续微缩的重要技术平台。
