8月31日，孙东旭新公司“美丽明天”发布视频，孙东旭在视频中称，公司所有员工每人每年享有30天年假，不包括周末及法定节假日。天权补充说，今年中秋、国庆假期将安排连休。“美丽明天”是由东方甄选前CEO孙东旭，前主播明明、天权合开的公司。
