8月31日，中国华电向西藏自治区捐赠2000万元，支持灾区抢险救灾、物资保障和灾后重建等工作。此外，中国华电组织所属西藏公司、金上公司第一时间启动应急响应，统筹苏洼龙水电站、日喀则桑珠孜光伏电站、昌都昂多光伏电站、琼结风电项目等水电厂及新能源场站，对电站设备、大坝、边坡、输电线路等重点部位开展全覆盖、拉网式安全隐患排查，全力确保电力安全稳定供应。
