8月31日晚间，中际旭创公告，公司拟以自有资金或自筹资金回购股份，回购资金总额不低于40亿元且不超过80亿元，回购价格不超过1200元/股。回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励计划，若未能在规定期限内使用完毕，未使用部分将依法注销。回购期限为董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月。
中际旭创股价近期持续走低，截至31日收盘，报851.9元/股，全天成交额189亿元，最新总市值为1.01万亿元。
