新京报贝壳财经讯（记者韦英姿）8月30日晚间，针对上海部分地区发生网络故障一事，中国电信上海客服在社交媒体平台回应称，2026年8月30日20时30分，上海电信嘉定部分城区发生网络故障，造成宽带业务用户受影响。经紧急处置，服务于21时20分起陆续恢复。
