@中央气象台 微博8月31日消息，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”减弱后的残余涡旋早晨5点钟位于广东省雷州市东部近海海面上，未来将与南海热带扰动合并而后转为东偏北方向移动，可能发展为热带低压或编号台风。
