英伟达投资的AI云计算服务商Lambda公司，已筹集约10亿美元私募短期债务，资金用于采购算力芯片，服务其与微软的合作项目。
据不愿具名的知情人士透露，该笔交易由摩根大通牵头安排，债务面向私募配售投资者推介。
知情人士补充称，这笔债务将用于采购英伟达GPU显卡，这批芯片后续将租赁给微软使用。
