8月28日，阳光电源发布半年报，上半年营业总收入309.12亿元，同比减少28.99%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润52.59亿元，同比减少32.01%；基本每股收益2.56元，同比减少31.37%。
公司第二季度营业总收入153.52亿元，同比减少37.33%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润29.67亿元，同比减少24.08%。
公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利6.4元（含税），不实施资本公积金转增股本，不送红股。
